This all said, Some master lists have said XPSME isn't functioning either so I haven't tried re-implementing physics yet, if it turns out XPSME is fine I'll have the task of rebuilding my physics later tonight 😅

When the mod "Faster HDT-SMP 1.6.353 dlls" is installed via Vortex etc, the DLL files is placed in the wrong folder and it causes the game to load older dll versions, and move files manually.
